“BAD DESIGN DARTS AND OTHER METHODS FOR COMMUNITY-LED IMPROVEMENT"
Muncipal Arts Society, February – April 2006
This exhibition, created in collaboration with Leroy Street Studio, highlights an array of processes, activities and teaching tools that HSC has developed to engage children and adults in improving their physical environment. Examples of this approach include Bad Design Darts, Step on Your Neighborhood Pavers, student-made signage for the Avenue of the Immigrants, and lanterns that convey Chinatown residents’ opinions about their public spaces. |
